City Recognizes FOHL
Council Member Joanne Ward joins Friends' Board members Peggy Lucke, Helen Wong, Charles Lucke, David Swope, and John Mills on the occasion of the addition of the "Friends of the Hercules Library" name to the illuminated column in the Library's lobby. Individuals or groups must donate at least $50,000 to the library in order to be so honored.
